What were some of the issues you faced before moving to smeMetrics?
I had plenty of anxiety regarding keeping tabs on payments and invoicing. The difficulty of submitting to medical aids also loomed over me. It took the better part of a day per week to consolidate all my stats for invoicing and generating invoices.
What made you choose smeMetrics?
I wanted to make sure that I am doing the work as correctly and efficiently as possible. As a start-up business, I needed to be sure that my productive hours were spent generating income vs doing admin.
What has surprised you most about the experience?
The ease of invoicing has really made my life so much easier. I especially enjoy the calendar and how that helps me not only with invoicing but also with planning my month and keeping tabs of what needs to be done.
What would you say to anyone that is considering smeMetrics for their practice?
Definitely give it a try. It has drastically reduced my hours spent on invoicing and made it so much easier to keep tabs on payments and the general stand of my practice. Worth every Rand!
