When I started my own practice, I didn’t want complicated and expensive software, just a straightforward software invoicing tool relevant to physiotherapists. SME is just that for me.
What has surprised you most about the experience?
Whenever I was stuck with using the software, the help is always really easy, I can just call and talk to a human, I hate filling in forms and talking to computers.
What would you say to anyone that is considering smeMetrics for their practice?
Definitely do it! smeMetrics, is user-friendly, cost efficient, and provides great support. The support they provide also grows with your business, allowing you to choose options/packages that are When I started my own practice, the admin was the most daunting, no one could tell me how to bill or deal with medical aids. SME really was helpful, admin is my worst suit, and someone from SME showed me how to use the software and how to create my invoice templates. It now takes me a few minutes per patient and I can invoice patients after every session if I would choose to have my computer around.
