What would you say to anyone that is considering smeMetrics for their practice?
Excellent support to get system going and to understand the process. Support has been great. Systematic, and safely stored. Can reach it anywhere with Internet. Ideal for a therapist that needs to keep the money side of the practice separate but controlled as the smeMetrics letters are from them and not the therapist (so perceived). Calendar keeps track of sessions easily, and the email reminders work.
Why would it make a difference in your life to get a good answer for this problem of practice management and find a solution?
smeMetrics removes the aspect of being a therapist and debt collection. It is difficult to collect money especially with the psychiatric clients. Trust is built as a therapist and money breaks this trust. The allocation of payments made to invoices makes it easier to see what is outstanding.
